Article 1 (Enforcement Date) : This Act shall enter into force on July 1, 2001.

Article 1 (Enforcement Date) : This Act shall enter into force on April 1, 2002.

Article 2 (Transitional Measures concerning Liability)

The previous provisions shall apply to liability for any damage caused by a licensed certification authority in the process of performing its certification work before this Act enters into force.

Article 3 (Transitional Measures concerning Application of Penal Provisions)

The previous provisions shall prevail in the application of penal provisions to an offence committed before this Act enters into force.

ADDENDA <Act No. 7428, Mar. 31, 2005>

Article 1 (Enforcement Date) : This Act shall enter into force one year after the date of its promulgation.

(1) (Enforcement Date) This Act shall enter into force six months after the date of its promulgation: Provided, That the amended provisions of Article 4 (4) of the Act shall enter into force on the date of its promulgation.

(2) (Transitional Measures concerning Application of Penal Provisions) The previous provisions shall govern any application of penal provisions against the acts taken before this Act enters into force.
